SEMINARS FOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS AND PROFESSIONALS IN
HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON
THE SERIES
These seminars are based on a new conceptual and an
alternative model of viewing human beings, the nature of their
potential, the concept of work and the relationships between
institutions and society. They are designed with the conviction
that in this day of changing economies and global competition,
human productivity and job satisfaction is possible only when the
corporate cultures aggressively initiate change processes to
instill a new vision of their own future and a spirit of
entrepreneurship based on a new set of core/ethical values. The
dynamics of this process of initiating a transformation of the
corporate cultures in both the developed and the developing
countries as we approach the 21st century will be the main focus
of these presentations.
Seminar I: Leadership Paradigms: Key to changing our
corporate future. (minimum 3 hr.)

• Role of leadership and vision in the change process |
Seminar Description: Change is the most
ubiquitous, pervasive and universal process. The discussion will
help participants to understand the undercurrents of the change
process in our global eco-system and more importantly, how to
gain a competitive advantage from an understanding of these
current trends. This practical and participatory discussion will
highlight opportunities for substantial improvement in
productivity even in the face of dwindling resources.
Seminar II: The Creative Brain: Improving Individual and
organizational performance.(minimum 4 hr.)

Seminar Description: The workshop will summarize
the research and applicational experience in the area of brain
dominance and function as it relates to creativity, styles of
management, decision making and communication. By participating
in an experiential exercise the attendees will complete an
inventory (a hybrid generated from a variety of instruments) of
their own brain dominance and learning profile. Implications of
these profiles for leadership, managing, communication. training,
personnel recruiting and team building will be explored.
